How easy is it to schedule my online cleaning?

To schedule your home cleaning online, all you need to do is simply fill out our online booking form. It should only take 1 minute and we’ll take care of the rest. You will receive an email confirming your cleaning.

Am I required to enter payment information?

No, if you choose to pay with check or cash.

We also offer the convenience of paying with PayPal. You decide what is more suitable for you. We only collect payments after the cleaning is done.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, cash, checks, PayPal, and also provide the card readers to our maids so that you can pay when we come to your home.

Late Cancellation fees?
Very simple. NO CANCELLATION FEES. We only ask from your part to try to notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your cleaning.

CLEANING

How long will my cleaning take?
This varies depending on the size, tidiness of your home and what type of cleaning you choose. For special cases like pet waste, or extremely large homes, we may adjust the price amount for equality.
How many cleaners do you send?

We typically conduct teams of 2 professional home cleaners. Depending on the size of the home the team can be 3 professional home cleaners.

Do you have your own supplies?

Yes, our maids have all the supplies. If you have a preference for specific products to be used, please let us know.

Do I need to be home for my cleaning?

You are not required to be at your home when the cleaning is being performed. We only ask that you email us instructions of how to enter your home or call us at (703) 825-9732

What is your 200% satisfaction guarantee?

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, simply notify us within 24 hours and we will send a team back out to re-clean your home. If you are still not happy, we will refund the whole price!
